Greetings Warrior Nation,

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! Get ready for another year full of excitement, learning, fun, and surprises! On behalf of our dedicated staff, I am thrilled to welcome everyone to Wilkinson County High School. It is truly a privilege to serve as Principal and work alongside such a passionate and professional team.

As we embark on this journey together, I encourage all of us to internalize and live by our Vision, Mission, and Beliefs, rather than simply reciting them. There is an African proverb that resonates deeply with our purpose: “If your vision is for a year, plant wheat; if your vision is for a decade, plant trees; and if your vision is for a lifetime, plant people.” This wisdom emphasizes our vision of nurturing individuals to build a globally competitive future.

The Vision of Wilkinson County School District is “Making Students Competent Builders of a Globally Competitive Future.” I am elated to continue this journey with you! We can achieve this vision by embodying and displaying self-class throughout the halls of Wilkinson County High School. Our mission, “Expand - Empower - Excel (E3),” will be the vehicle driving us towards this goal.

Together, as a faculty and staff, we are committed to preparing our students to master the curriculum, ensuring they are college and career-ready, and globally competitive. We strive to build positive relationships with all our stakeholders, including parents, business partners, and community supporters. This collective effort will enhance our public relations, increase parental involvement, and maximize community support.

We invite everyone to visit our halls and witness the cutting-edge technology being utilized throughout our building to achieve our goals. You will see our scholars learning in a caring and empathetic environment where their social and emotional needs are met by dedicated and compassionate adults. It is through our collaboration and teamwork that we will succeed in providing the best educational opportunities for our scholars.
