🌙🎄 December 18: Silent Night Today, students and staff embraced the cozy vibes by wearing their PJs and slippers! From comfy pajamas to fuzzy footwear, the school was full of relaxed holiday spirit as we wrapped up A December to Remember. ❤️💚✨ Perfect way to end the festivities! 🎅🎁

We wrapped up the first half of the year with our STREAM Winter Celebration, welcoming students and families for a fun and meaningful afternoon of learning, creativity, and connection. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this event a success.

Reminder for tonight, Warrior families! The Wilco STREAM I & II Winter Celebration for after-school students and their families will be held from 4:30–6:00 PM in the Primary/Elementary Lunchroom.

🎄❤️ Day 13: Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas! Yesterday, students and staff spread holiday cheer by wearing their favorite holiday shirts! From classic Christmas designs to fun festive prints, the spirit of the season was on full display throughout the school. ✨💚 December fun continues!

✨🎄 Day 11: Deck the Halls! Yesterday, our students and staff went all out by wearing their best holiday accessories, jewelry, lights, and festive add-ons! The school sparkled with Christmas cheer as everyone showed off their creative holiday flair. ❤️💚✨ On to Day 12!

Students in Mr. Knight's Engineering & Technology classes are learning to use Autodesk Fusion 360 on computers to create 3D models and print them with a 3D printer. Safety is always first in the lab. After that, with a little (or a lot) of time, the objects will emerge from the machine exactly like the model. In this class, imagination goes in… and awesome 3D creations come out!

What an absolutely amazing night at our Football Banquet! 🏈✨ Tonight, we came together to celebrate our athletes, coaches, and supporters who made this season unforgettable. The growth, dedication, and heart our players showed—on and off the field—truly represent what it means to be a Warrior. Thank you to our families, staff, and community for pouring into our students all season long. And a special thank-you to our coaching staff for their leadership, guidance, and commitment to excellence. 🏀 WCHS vs. Montgomery County – Game 3 Recap! 🏀 Tonight our Warriors faced Montgomery County for our third game of the 2025–2026 season, and they did NOT disappoint! All three teams brought energy, focus, and true Warrior toughness from start to finish. 💙 JV Final Score: 49–42 — WARRIOR WIN! 💛 Girls Final Score: 27–18 — WARRIOR WIN! 💙 Boys Final Score: 64–44 — WARRIOR WIN! Our athletes played with determination, strong teamwork, and confidence throughout the night. We are proud of every team for fighting hard and bringing home the wins. 🏀 WCHS Basketball Season Opener! 🏀 Tonight we kicked off our 2025–2026 basketball season, and both our girls and boys teams showed heart, hustle, and Warrior pride from start to finish. 💙 Girls Final Score: 20–54 💛 Boys Final Score: 45–35 Although the wins didn’t come tonight, our athletes played extremely hard, pushed through every quarter, and represented WCHS with determination and teamwork. We are proud of the effort they put on the court and the way they continue to grow each game. Mrs. Sanders’s Biology class had a fun and engaging hands-on lesson today as students modeled the structure of DNA using edible candy and marshmallows! 🧬✨ Through this activity, they learned how nitrogenous bases are held together by hydrogen bonds and how the sugar-phosphate backbone forms the structure of DNA.
