He managed to conquer this feat on not one but TWO instruments and made the roster for the performing band for both instruments! Through his hard work and dedication starting from 6th grade, he was able to practice and become audition ready for both Alto Saxophone and Baritone Saxophone.
The District 11 Honor Band performed on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at Baldwin County High School's Performing Arts Center. Xavier Walker serves as Band Director at the Wilkinson County High School.

🚨 School Operations Update 🚨
Wilkinson County Schools will continue asynchronous learning on Friday, January 24, due to ongoing safety concerns with road conditions that impact several bus routes.
We have consulted with our Transportation Director, County Road Supervisor, and local LEA to make this decision with safety as our top priority. We plan to resume normal operations on Monday, January 27.
Thank you for your understanding and support as we work to ensure everyone’s safety. Stay safe, and we look forward to seeing you on Monday!
