🌟 Our 3rd-Level Students Showed OUT Today! 🌟
Today our amazing 3rd-level students wrapped up their project on Infection Control & Breaking the Chain of Infection — and they absolutely crushed it! 💪🏽🧼🦠
From hand-washing demonstrations to explaining how germs spread and how we can stop them, they took real ownership of their learning. It’s so good seeing young people understand how to protect themselves and their community.
They didn’t just make posters… they taught lessons, created models, and showed us how simple habits can prevent big problems.
👏🏽 Huge shoutout to our students for their creativity, teamwork, and strong presentation skills!
👏🏽 Proud is an understatement!
🧴✨ Healthy habits start young — and they’re already leading the way. ✨🧴

🧬✨ Mrs. Sanders’ Biology Class in Action! ✨🧬
Today our students took their learning to the next level by creating hands-on models of Mitosis. From prophase to cytokinesis, they broke down each stage and turned complex science into something they could see, touch, and explain with confidence.
Watching them collaborate, get creative, and really understand how cells divide was such a proud moment. These are the kinds of lessons that stick with students long after the class bell rings! 💙📚
Amazing work, scholars — keep shining! 🌟

✨ FBLA College Visit Success! ✨
Today, Mr. A. Brown and our FBLA students had an amazing opportunity to visit Georgia Military College and Georgia College! Our students were fully engaged from start to finish — playing interactive games, asking great questions, and connecting with the tour guides who showed us around both campuses.
It was a fun, informative, and inspiring experience, and the students truly enjoyed every moment. Proud of their excitement for learning and their curiosity about their future! 💙📚🌟

Pig-ture Perfect! 🐽
Ms. Hughes’ Ag students took the lead today! Each student created their own swine presentation, exploring all things swine. Educating theirs peers about pig care and housing to breeds and the many products pigs provide. They did an amazing job teaching and showing off their knowledge! 🐖🌾

🇺🇸 Veterans Day Spotlight 🇺🇸
Today, Wilkinson County High School proudly honors Major (Ret.) Jenny Mabrey-Rackley and Master Sergeant (Ret.) Cliffton Bryant — two extraordinary Air Force veterans who now serve as instructors for our GA-20069 Air Force Junior ROTC program.
Major Mabrey-Rackley dedicated 25 years to our nation, serving as a Medical Service Corps Officer and Director of Operations for the Central Recruiting Squadron. Her leadership and compassion carried her across the globe — from Afghanistan to Jordan — ensuring wounded heroes received the care they deserved.
Master Sergeant Bryant served 20 years in the Air Force, mastering multiple roles from Flight Engineer aboard the C-130 Hercules to Aeromedical Evacuation Duty Controller in Qatar. His technical skill and dedication ensured missions succeeded and lives were saved across the world.
Now, both Major Mabrey-Rackley and MSgt Bryant continue their legacy of service by mentoring the next generation of leaders right here at Wilkinson County High School. 💙
Let’s honor their courage, sacrifice, and continued commitment to our students and community.

Day of the Dead Celebration 💐 Today, students in Ms. Ingram’s class celebrated Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), a Mexican tradition that honors loved ones who have passed away.
Although it is usually celebrated on November 1–2, our students marked the occasion early by creating shoebox memorials, writing essays about their loved ones, and sharing food that holds special family memories.
It was a meaningful day filled with culture, reflection, and connection. 🇲🇽
